Compensation

• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (PB): 1 to 3 months (Based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:

  1. Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across different industries.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  3. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
  4. Ensure yearly contract renewals of existing clients.

2. Business Support and Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Assist in identifying business opportunities by expanding the company’s client portfolio.
  3. Support internal business units in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  4. Able to work with multiple stakeholders within the company and cope in a fast-paced working environment.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Industry Knowledge:

  1. Stay updated on MOM guidelines and regulations related to employment practices in Singapore.
  2. Ensure that all client engagements align with industry best practices and government regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding employment compliance matters.

Requirements

  1. Local Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, operations management, business development, or client relationship management.
  3. Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment regulations in Singapore.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  7. Must be meticulous and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
