As a Client Relations Team Lead (Hospitality), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage sales, marketing, leads, client renewals, expansions, and upsells.
Assist in optimizing lead generation and center sales strategies.
Manage vendor relationships, including pricing, contracts, and performance.
Oversee procurement, ensuring cost control and appropriate stocking.
Manage relationships with Property Management Team and third-party partners.
Propose new partnership opportunities to benefit the business.
Oversee meeting space operations, ensuring best practices and client requirements are met.
Supervise operations and enforce House Rules, stepping in for escalations.
Develop community events calendar and delegate tasks as needed.
Prepare monthly performance and financial reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the hospitality industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams.
