The Client Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all client documentation and account information are processed in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the acquisition and onboarding of new clients
Coordinate with internal stakeholders within CA and external agents (e.g., property brokers, referral partners) to enhance client onboarding referrals
Review client applications and KYC documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Conduct name screening and assess potential risks using AML systems and client profile analysis
Maintain proper records and ensure all required documents are in place before account activation
Collaborate with business units to resolve document deficiencies and ensure smooth client account opening
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory changes to ensure the highest standards in client onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in onboarding offshore clients
Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field
Proven track record in banking sales and client acquisition, with strong experience in B2B and B2C sectors
Results-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive under pressure while managing time effectively
