We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Implementation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

As a Client Implementation Manager, your role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex trade solutions to Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients, and supporting the development, commercialization, and implementation of digital trade finance products and channels. You will also play a key role in enhancing and digitizing our offerings to establish new digital capabilities.

1. Support implementation of complex digital trade solutions, including Supply Chain Financing programmes, and execution of high-quality service to CIB customers to meet evolving client requirements and expectations.
2. Completion of technical and operational on-boarding for new-to-trade or new-to-bank clients, ensuring timely revenue realization.
3. Collaborate across teams including Coverage, Sales, Solutions Structuring, Technology and Operations to ensure seamless execution and client success.
4. Manage the product development for GTS in-country projects and actively contribute to global and regional projects for digital channels.
5. Contribute to the digitization of trade offerings, focusing on increasing straight-through processing (STP) rates and the successful implementation of new digital capabilities.
6. Leverage on client feedback in assisting Product and Propositions team in developing client propositions and product enhancements.
7. Train internal teams (e.g. Sales / Client Managers / Services) and promote digital agenda.
8. Recommend improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in transaction banking implementation, client servicing and project management.
2. Familiar with Supply Chain Financing and digital channels.
3. Strong knowledge of trade finance with focus on underlying technology and implementation processes.
4. Strong communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work under time pressure.
5. Negotiation and change management skills will be an advantage.
