Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client advocate, building strong C-suite relationships and aligning Altera solutions with strategic priorities.
Identify and drive value-added solutions, leveraging deep client knowledge and Altera expertise.
Foster client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and strategic problem-solving.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful project execution.
Represent Altera leadership in multiple client touchpoints, tradeshows, and conferences.
Manage sales opportunities by collaborating with the inside sales team to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in client account management and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
An understanding or experience within a similar healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Working Arrangements
Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely.
May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
On-call and after-hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
