About the role

Join PropTisfy Guru Pte Ltd as a full-time Client Engagement Coordinator based in the Bishan Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the company's sales initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist clients during scheduled appointments and ensure all required materials and preparations are in place for successful engagements.
2. Represent our team during client-facing sessions, providing information and addressing inquiries about our offerings and services.
3. Be familiar with our services and ensure accurate communication of key details to clients.
4. Ensure that the designated meeting environment is well-prepared and welcoming before appointments.
5. Be available to respond to urgent client requests during work-from-home standby periods.

Work Schedule:
- 6-Day Workweek: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 12 PM – 7 PM
- Location: Client premises or work-from-home (standby hours fully compensated).

Compensation Package:
1. Base Salary: $1,800 per month.
2. Transportation Reimbursement: $20 per day when working outside the home.
3. Work Performance Bonus: 10% on successful client agreements, with the average deal valued at $4,000 (approx. $400 commission per agreement).
