Job Title: Client Advisor - RFP Specialist, Risk & Compliance Content

Reporting to: Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory

Department: Data Strategy, Data & AI

Location: Barcelona or Singapore

Dow Jones Risk & Compliance is a global provider of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance solutions. We deliver data, research tools and services to help our clients meet anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and economic sanctions regulations and mitigate third-party risk.

The Client Advisor - RFP Specialist will play a critical role in providing information relating to Risk & Compliance content for Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI). You will work with the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory and team to support the Global RFP Specialist to ensure RFP and RFI are responded to in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with client and prospect expectations. You will also ensure that any knowledge base content relating to R&C data is kept up to date.

You will report to the Senior Director, Risk & Compliance, Strategic Client Advisory.

You Will:

  1. Be a key representative of the Risk & Compliance research team in providing responses to RFP and RFI
  2. Maintain the RFPIO / Responsive Answer Bank Library relating to data coverage
  3. Be the contact for incoming and ongoing RFPs and RFIs for Risk & Compliance data
  4. Ensure deadlines relating to data questions in the RFP are met by establishing, prioritizing and tracking progress
  5. Answer client queries relating to data
  6. Produce clear, consistent, client-facing documentation on data as appropriate
  7. This is a global role supporting AME, EMEA and APAC; early morning/evening calls are infrequent but may be required as necessary

You Have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience working with Risk & Compliance data
  2. Experience providing clear, concise written explanations about data
  3. Ability to work to tight timelines
  4. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  1. Familiar with RFPIO/Responsive or similar RFP repository
  2. Practical knowledge of Dow Jones propositions, products and strategies
