Your new role
In a client-focused, relationship-driven environment, you will take charge of resolving customer challenges with efficiency and expertise, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional solutions. You will also be playing a vital role in empowering Relationship Managers to strengthen and expand valuable client partnerships.

1. Address customer queries and deliver effective solutions to their issues.
2. Manage trade life cycle for clients and stakeholders.
3. Perform regular service reviews with key clients and promptly address any concerns.
4. Assist in organizing in-house training programs for clients.
5. Visit key customers independently and alongside Relationship Managers (RMs) within the region.
6. Build and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients.
7. Identify prospective clients' needs in settlement and custody services, collaborating with RMs to provide tailored solutions.
8. Assist with team responsibilities such as handling documentation, agreements, and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Degree/diploma in related discipline
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in trade operations or RM experience, highly advantageous to have both
3. Communication skills
