Client Account Executive/ Senior (Design Agency) - Marymount [ Near MRT ]

Our client is a design agency that provides creative communication solutions across all media formats including: Corporate Branding, Advertising & Design, Direct Mail, Event Management, Interactive Design & Visual Merchandise.

Location: Nearest MRT - Marymount
Working Time: Mon to Fri - (9.30am~6.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
• Collaborate with teams – strategy, creative/content, production, marketing – on required deliverables, and manage client expectations by identifying and delivering the best possible solutions within the client's budget.
• Preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports independently.
• Present campaign ideas together with the team to the client.
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and ensuring that client issues/queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate with 2-5 years related experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff).
