Client Account Executive

Job Description

1. Managing client accounts and liaising with clients locally or overseas.
2. Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
3. Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues from client portfolios.
4. Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum diploma in accounting; degree in accounting preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the client servicing industry.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
4. Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.
5. Possess good accounting knowledge.
6. Possess good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.
