Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety protocols, manage cleaning supplies, and ensure high standards of cleanliness are met
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning

Working hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)
