Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the housecleaning meets the prescribed standards of cleanliness. Carry out inspection on the work area cleaned by cleaners.
2. Assist in cleaner recruitment, and provide training to new cleaners.
3. Plan and schedule cleaning programs. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is well maintained and safe for use.
4. Ensure sufficient stock level of cleaning materials and equipment on workplace.
5. Ensure compliance with sanitisation and safety policies in all workplaces.
6. Assist with housekeeping duties like cleaning floors, restrooms, resident rooms and kitchens of various facilities.
7. Make recommendations to improve the cleaning services and ensure efficient operations.
8. Always be polite, maintain a positive work attitude, and be responsive to customers.
