Daily Tasks: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and rubbish disposal in frequently used areas like lift lobbies, toilets, and high-touch points.
Alternate Day Tasks: Cleaning carparks, corridors, and bridge walkways.
Weekly Tasks: Vacuuming offices, meeting rooms, and staircases.
Bi-weekly/Monthly Tasks: Glass panel/window cleaning, bin centre washing, and EV charging station wipe-downs.
Special Duties: Deep cleaning activities like high-pressure jet washing (quarterly) and cleaning landscape areas as needed.
