Cleaning Operations Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle Manpower Deployment Daily
2. Report Attendance of Staff at Worksite
3. Check and Supervise Work Done by the Cleaning Team
4. Update HQ on all Shortfalls and Lapses in Service Provided
5. Recruit Suitable Staff for Your Respective Sites
6. Conduct Stock Management of Consumables and Spares
7. Ensure Employees are Properly Trained and Equipped to Perform Their Role
8. Work Closely with Site Supervisors and Management of Various Projects
9. Visit Various Sites to Conduct Inspections
10. Oversee All Cleaning Related Matters Escalated to Management
11. Convene and Conduct Safety and Toolbox Meetings
12. Motivate Onsite Team
13. Attend Periodic Meetings with Clients to Follow Up on Service Rendered and Areas for Improvement as Well as Performance Reviews
14. Plan Daily Schedules for Stationed Cleaners
15. Plan Periodic Work for Floaters
16. Ensure Compliance with Various Environmental, Work, and Health Safety Regulations
17. Overall Management of Cleaning Team
18. Any Other Administration/Operational Duties

REQUIREMENTS

1. Proficient in Microsoft/Computing Skills or Email
2. Strong Communication Skills
3. Candidate Who Can Start Immediately or on Short Notice Preferred
4. Min. 3 - 5 Years as Operations in Cleaning Industry
5. Experience in Leading a Team or People Management Skills
6. Mature and Responsible
