Cleaning Operations Executive

As an integral part of the team at Nimbus, you'll ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and the seamless management of multiple client sites managing their cleaning operation duties.

Day-To-Day Duties

1. Lead and manage day-to-day cleaning operations as directed by the Operations Manager, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards across all sites.
2. Collaborate closely with cleaning supervisors and clients to maintain service excellence, proactively addressing any concerns to meet client expectations.
3. Conduct monthly audits and site inspections to uphold accountability and ensure that all client sites consistently meet rigorous cleanliness and safety standards.
4. Oversee inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules across multiple locations, working alongside supervisors to optimize resource allocation and operational readiness.
5. Facilitate monthly check-ins with crew members to promote engagement, foster teamwork, and ensure alignment with HQ standards and protocols.
6. Partner with account managers to address operational challenges, resolve service gaps, and respond to ad hoc client requests with agility and professionalism.
7. Promptly respond to and document any operational incidents, adhering to company protocols and maintaining transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
