Ensure that the civil and structural design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, Regulations and Engineering Codes of Practice.
Coordinates with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering and procurement for all project activities.
Prepare submissions and clear authorities’ requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.
Preparation of tender specifications and documentations.
In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting.
Ensure all site projects are updated and closely monitor the progress of the project.
Attend project meetings and site inspections.
Work as a team member with colleagues, clients/other consultants/contractors to complete within schedules.
Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by Project Manager.
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and competent user of relevant design software.
Good project management skills and strong analytical skills
Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
