Our client is seeking a Civil & Structural Design Coordinator to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Design Coordination: Oversee civil and structural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align C&S designs with other disciplines.

Technical Review: Analyze and provide valuable input on civil and structural design drawings and documentation.

Problem-Solving: Address design challenges during construction and offer expert technical support to the site team.

Integration: Ensure seamless integration of C&S designs with architectural and M&E systems.

Stakeholder Management: Lead design coordination meetings with consultants and project stakeholders.

Progress Monitoring: Track design progress to ensure timely delivery of drawings and documents for construction stages.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and safety in civil and structural design implementations.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and updates on C&S design progress for project management.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in civil and structural design coordination, preferably on large-scale construction projects.

Team Player: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating between design and construction teams.
