CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the work on site
2. Coordinate with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
3. Report to project manager on project updates
4. Plan and order materials
5. Prepare inspection forms and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO
6. Quality check and control for finished works
7. Control progress on structural works
8. Control material waste, downtime, rework, and waiting time
9. Plan and control site works
10. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
11. Read, execute, and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams
12. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
3. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
5. Good team player and problem solver.
6. Excellent communication skills.
