Civil Engineer(Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with extensive knowledge of Singapore's tender platforms and submission methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in competitive tendering, project management, and client communications, ensuring the smooth delivery of awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expertise in tender platforms and submission processes, ensuring tenders are accurately quoted and submitted based on company strengths and tender requirements.
2. Attend tender site briefings, preparing quotations that align with project specifications and client expectations.
3. Design solutions according to client expectations and ensure they are reflected in tender submissions.
4. Organize and present post-tender clarification meetings, preparing responses and managing client queries.
5. Submit required tender documents, including organizational charts and project track records.
6. Conduct online presentations using PowerPoint and other relevant tools, and manage virtual meetings effectively.
7. Develop and manage project master programs and independently prepare and submit all required client documentation for awarded projects.
8. Pre- and post-tender, ensure full compliance with all authority requirements, including NEA, PUB, LTA, MOM, SP, and N-Parks.
9. Understand project requirements and prepare 3D detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD.
10. Complete assigned work within deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality.
11. Attend meetings with consultants, main contractors, and site stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
12. Work independently, showing strong organizational and time management skills.

Must:

• Extensive QS experience in Singapore, with a strong understanding of tender processes, platforms, and submission methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 3D drawings and space planning.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to handle online meetings and presentations.
