Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, including sub-contractor work, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality control, and work schedule.
• Monitor and assess the daily progress of work on-site, identifying potential delays or issues, and implementing necessary corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure efficient mobilization of manpower, and coordinate the planning, ordering, and delivery of materials required for the project.
• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of project works according to design specifications, plans, and relevant regulations.
• Produce and prepare monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and any challenges.
• Compile weekly site progress reports and any necessary submissions, ensuring accurate updates on the project status.
• Attend site meetings and conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and ensure adherence to quality control requirements in line with authority guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.
• 5 years and above working experience in Singapore large project development construction site.
