Conduct site surveys, inspections and investigative works related to building maintenance, facilities management, and construction activities.
Assist the Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day operation of ongoing projects by being the point-of contact between clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders in the Built Environment sector.
Coordinate and provide timely update of project status by utilising the Project Management System to track progress.
Prepare professional reports to detail inspection findings associated with structural investigation, periodic structural inspection (PSI), periodic façade inspection (PFI) and ad-hoc inspections.
Follow-up with clients, engineers and all stakeholders on any issues related to site works, technical reports and feedbacks.
Support the Drone team in the identification of defects and report writing.
Job Requirements
Preferably with Civil/Structural Engineering, or Facilities Management background with 1-2 years work experience.
Possess some site experience in local construction firms or projects.
Able to carry out site inspections and identify common building defects and anomalies.
Proactive team player with good communication skills to bridge between team members and the Senior Management of NovaPeak.
Able to provide technical advice and engineering support to any new areas of work.
Willing to carry out ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned, especially in gathering information.
Possess basic Microsoft Office skills, project management and presentation skills.
Candidates with Work-at-Height (WAH) certification and Class 3 driving licence will have added advantage.
