Civil Engineer

Reports to: Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of detailed schedule and monitoring the progress closely to ensure on-time completion
2. Preparation of detailed method statements and relevant documents
3. Coordination between client, consultant and sub-contractor (vendors)
4. Attend the meeting with the stakeholders
5. Generate and handle company reports, meetings and documents required
6. Propose alternative work methods or other ways to increase productivity
7. Handle technical and engineering issues
8. Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant Civil Engineering Experience
3. At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of vehicular structures and road projects preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
4. Should have technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction (either Pre-Cast, Foundation, Structural, ERSS and/or viaduct)
5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
6. Candidates with CSCPM/BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height certificates would be an advantage
