Lead the design of both temporary and permanent standalone structures, ensuring all project requirements are met with precision.
Provide assistance in the design of building structures, including the development of detailed structural framing plans.
Undertake geotechnical design responsibilities, leveraging existing experience or demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new skills in this area.
Supervise and mentor supporting design engineers in the execution of detailed civil, structural, or geotechnical designs.
Oversee drafting engineers to ensure the production of high-quality drawings that align with project specifications.
Strategically plan and schedule various scopes of work, including design, drawing production, authority submissions, and construction support to facilitate project success.
Collaborate effectively as a dedicated team member, engaging with clients and coordinating with consultants from other disciplines and contractors to achieve project objectives.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience in concrete and steel structures design, and temporary works design.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of local codes of practice and regulations required for submissions to authorities.
Exhibit strong proficiency in essential structural design software, including ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, and MIDAS.
