About the role

SWAT MANAGEMENT & CONSULTANCY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Chinese Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sentosa Central Region SG. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our popular restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability.

What you'll be doing

1. Sales Growth & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, incorporating both online and offline marketing activities (e.g., social media promotions, membership programs, and collaborations) to drive revenue growth.
2. Team Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team, fostering a sales-driven culture.
3. Sales Optimization: Analyze sales performance and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and average spending per customer.
4. Customer Experience Management: Optimize reservation management, enhance the dining experience, and ensure top-tier service quality to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Brand Promotion: Plan and execute social media campaigns, festive events, and membership programs to strengthen brand presence.
6. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, cost management, and overall efficiency of the outlet.
7. Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance service standards and sales capabilities.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in restaurant or F&B service operations.
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
4. Excellent knowledge of food and beverages.
5. Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Open to local and foreign candidates with relevant experience.
7. Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred.
8. Hardworking, proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
