Job Responsibilities
- Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese customers.
- Willing to work late.
- Have a Food Safety Certificate.
- Prepare Chinese dishes according to our menu.
- Maintain and execute safety and standard operating procedures required by the company.
- Have leadership qualities and be able to lead a team of workers for day-to-day operations.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same industry.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
