Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  1. Familiar with the cooking of Chinese Cuisine
  2. Prepare raw materials/ingredients for cooking
  3. Cook food in accordance with the specified recipes and apply different methods of cooking
  4. Dish out, replenish food during peak time
  5. Ensure cooking area and cooking equipment are kept clean and dry after each meal
  6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a kitchen assistant in fast paced F&B industry
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
