Job Scope:

• Responsible for implementing and executing classroom and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe, conducive learning environment for the children.
• Complete lesson evaluations/reflections.
• Communicate with families on their child's progress and development.
• Maintain proper children's records & prepare child's portfolio for Parent Teacher Conference (PTC).
• Maintain record keeping for centre's operational purposes - audit, licensing, tracking, and monitoring.
• Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns, and challenges during meetings.
• Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other ad-hoc duties.
• Plan and carry out events, excursions, workshops, collaborations with the community, etc.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Early Childhood or its equivalent.
• Relevant experience.
