Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) to lead the development of our Real-World AI Agent Launchpad.

As CTPO, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision for our AI-DiD ecosystem, decentralized data ownership models, and AI agents.

Develop and refine decentralized AI models to ensure data control, privacy, and monetization for users.

Spearhead AI inference to optimize user interactions and behavioral insights across Web2 & Web3.

Ensure interoperability of AI Agents across ecosystems (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Spotify, Google, Amazon, Defi).

Oversee AI Agent evolution using ML, NLP, and deep learning to enhance autonomous decision-making.

Ensure AI compliance with privacy-preserving frameworks (Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Federated Learning).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and lead the technical vision for AI-DiD, AI agents, and decentralized data ownership models.
2. Lead the architecture of AI-DiD as the SSO of the future, integrating with wallets, dApps, and Web3 identity protocols.
3. Lead AI-driven personalization of user experiences, AI-DiD matchmaking, and community growth mechanics.
4. Scale the engineering and AI research teams, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in AI, Web3, and product leadership with hands-on experience in LLMs, ML, and decentralized systems.
2. Deep expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and tokenization models.
3. Experience in building highly scalable AI-driven consumer platforms with multi-million users.
4. Strong understanding of Web3 identity protocols (DID, zkProofs, Verifiable Credentials).
5. Previous experience leading AI teams to deploy autonomous AI agents and decentralized AI models.
6. Knowledge of Ethereum, BNB, TON, Solana, or modular L2 solutions.
7. Ability to scale AI-driven products from concept to mass adoption.
8. Prior success in fundraising, technical storytelling, and GTM strategy for AI/Web3 ventures.
