Job Summary

The company is seeking a co-founder to lead the Product and Tech Team, driving innovation in AI-driven products and decentralized data ownership. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and vision for the future of Web3.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI models for data control, privacy, and monetization.
• Optimize user interactions across ecosystems using AI inference.
• Oversee AI Agent evolution using ML, NLP, and deep learning.
• Ensure compliance with privacy frameworks, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Federated Learning.
• Design architecture for AI-based decentralized identity systems.
• Implement smart contracts for AI tokenization, governance, and premium upgrades.
• Drive yield farming and token utilities within the ecosystem.
• Develop AI-driven user experiences, matchmaking, and community growth mechanics.
• Scale AI research and engineering teams, fostering innovation.
• Partner with strategic communities, exchanges, and dApps for expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, product leadership, LLMs, ML, and decentralized systems.
• Expertise in AI-driven consumer platforms with multi-million user bases.
• Experience in Web3 identity protocols, blockchain technology, and fundraising.
• Strong understanding of autonomous AI agents and technical storytelling.
