Chief Technology Officer (IT)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Web3 framework development and outputting documentation for the developer community.
2. Responsible for the development of related ecosystem tools, such as official websites, Google plugins, blockchain browsers, etc.
3. Respond to company product demands, lead the team to develop other related tools, such as DeFi projects, NFT, etc.
4. Coordinate with operational needs to provide necessary technical materials and support to user and developer communities.
5. Ensure the quality of online services and maintain smooth operation through technical and manpower means.
6. Grasp the design of complex systems, ensure the quality of system architecture, write core code, guide and train engineers, and continuously optimize the system.
7. Responsible for the formation, motivation, and cultivation of the technical team, personnel allocation and coordination, monitoring of project progress, formulation of corresponding assessments/incentives, and continuous improvement of team work quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors.
2. Proficient in at least 2-3 programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, Python, Go, Node.js, familiar with algorithms, security protocols, distributed computing is preferred.
3. Over 10 years of experience in designing high-concurrency Internet systems and Java development, with over 5 years of experience in technical team formation and management.
4. Over 2 years of experience in R&D positions for daily tens of millions of transactions platforms, with no less than 3 years of experience as a project leader.
5. Good English reading and writing abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
