Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and drives growth and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, and integrate them into our technology strategy to enhance our competitive edge.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure technology initiatives support business needs and enhance overall operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technology vision and progress to executive leadership, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that technology practices comply with industry standards and regulations, and prioritize data security and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or equivalent.
• Strong technical background in big data and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing technology teams and projects, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
