Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy tailored to the company's business objectives, scalability and operational efficiency
• Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry’s best practices
• Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in the IT industry or a similar role
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders
• Experience in AI and Cloud industry, including applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data would be a plus
• Fluency in Chinese is essential to liaise with our Chinese speaking counterparts in China
• Willing to travel across APAC region as needed
