The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. The CTO will lead our engineering and technology teams, drive innovation, and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, identifying emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market. They will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The CTO will oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

Additionally, the CTO will manage the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security while implementing best practices for DevOps, cybersecurity, and data management. They will collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on technology-related matters. The CTO will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, mitigating technology-related risks and implementing robust disaster recovery plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles and a proven track record of success. They will have strong expertise in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics, along with demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing technology teams. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as are strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the Singapore tech ecosystem and knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
