Chief Technology Officer

We're looking to hire a hands-on Chief Technology Officer or very senior-level engineers with expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and scalable architecture.

Technical Requirements:

1. Advanced expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and clean coding practices.
3. Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, etc.).
4. Experience with both frontend (React, styled-components, Tailwind CSS) and backend (REST, GraphQL, serverless).
5. CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions) and DevOps familiarity.
6. Performance optimization (scalability, SEO, caching, CDNs).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

1. Proven experience mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing standards.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and effective project management.

Experience Level:

1. 5+ years in a lead position.
2. 7+ years overall development experience.
3. iGaming experience needed.
