The Chief Steward is responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of operating equipment at the front and back of restaurant, bar and for events. He/she oversees all cleaning activities, both in-house and outsourced to ensure efficiency and high standards of smooth operations in all restaurants, bars and events. He/she manages cleaning and resourcing expenses while maintaining consistent and high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Talent Profile
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual with at least 6 years of relevant managerial experience in Stewarding, with a luxury brand, specializing in high-volume banqueting. If you have experience managing a large and diverse stewarding team comprising of both in-house and outsourced labour, possess strong working knowledge of effective use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, solid inventory management and breakage control experience, write in to have a chat with us!
