Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing tech sales teams across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Middle East & Africa (MEA). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical acumen, experience in B2B SaaS tech product sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth by managing multiple revenue-generating functions.

This role requires a leader who can align sales strategies with business objectives, expand market presence, and foster long-term client relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and manage overall revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth across SEA and MEA regions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales goals.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with expertise in technical solution selling.
  • Technology-Driven Sales: Leverage technical expertise to engage effectively with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders, positioning the product’s value in solving complex business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting, healthy pipeline growth, and timely deal closures.
  • Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with resellers, channel partners, and key industry players in SEA and MEA to accelerate growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on customer success and account growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product development and market positioning.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about emerging trends in SaaS, cloud computing, and AI/ML to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of experience in sales leadership roles within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech product environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling successful tech sales teams in SEA and MEA markets.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex software solutions, especially in cloud computing, DevOps, or AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth across diverse markets.
  • Experience managing multiple revenue-generating functions, including direct sales, channel sales, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior technical and business leaders, aligning product capabilities with client needs.
  • Expertise in structuring and negotiating large, complex enterprise deals.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, subscription frameworks, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Prior experience working with AI-driven solutions, test automation tools, or development platforms.
