Chief Product Officer - Fintech

Summary:

My client’s seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Product Officer to lead their product organisation and drive the strategic direction of their product portfolio. They’re a VC Backed, market leading Fintech based in Singapore with presence across South East Asia and are rapidly expanding. As the CPO, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing the Product Roadmap and overseeing the execution of product initiatives to achieve my client’s goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
2. Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement of existing products.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
6. Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Passion for product development and a deep understanding of customer needs.
8. Experience in FinTech.
