Chief Operations Manager - Singapore - NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR)

We are seeking an Operations Manager (APAC) to oversee the region and represent our business for its day-to-day operational and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring seamless functionality and safety compliance.
2. Provide technical expertise and logistical support for teaching and research projects.
3. Coordinate schedules, optimize resource allocation, and oversee maintenance activities to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Promote a culture of safety through training sessions and compliance with laboratory safety standards.
5. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate digital tools in laboratory operations.
6. Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations.
3. Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical equipment, laboratory safety protocols, and digital tools.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
