Job Responsibilites

• Assist the Managing Director in defining and implementing strategy and objectives, ensuring quality and timely service delivery to all clients.
• Aid the Managing Director with procurement and logistics operations activities, including strategic, tactical, business development, and personnel matters.
• Organize, lead, and manage the Supply Chain Operations team in compliance with policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee management and monitoring of KPIs through the performance management unit.
• Lead the identification and timely implementation of continuous improvement processes and opportunities within the Operations team, in coordination with other departments, ensuring the use of adequate tools and systems.
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across supply chain operations.
• Serve as a key liaison with clients on procurement, fulfillment, and logistics issues.
• Provide regular progress and status reports.
• Support the Managing Director in fostering and maintaining the organizational culture.
• Represent supply chain operations to clients and partners, including participating in vendor meetings regarding general operations.
• Proactively lead and empower the supply chain operations managers to promote operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain
• Possess relevant experience related in Healthcare/Lifescience/Medical
• Strong in managing operations and all level stakeholders
