Chief Operating Officer ( Healthcare)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's mission and vision.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement among staff to drive productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to negotiate contracts, optimize service delivery, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to department heads, coaching and developing their leadership skills to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with HR in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting, demonstrating successful operational management and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
