• Position: Chief Operating Officer, COO (ACMV) - Up to $15,000 - Bukit Batok
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $12,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Overseeing the company’s operations, including sales, production & business development.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with the company's goals.

Process Optimization:

• Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing new processes or systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or improve quality.

Team Leadership:

• Managing and mentoring department heads and ensuring alignment across various functions.

Performance Monitoring:

• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and making adjustments as needed.

Risk Management:

• Identifying potential operational risks and creating strategies to mitigate them.

Financial Oversight:

• Overseeing budgeting and resource allocation to ensure that operational expenditures align with the company's financial goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business or related qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
