Salary: Negotiable

Job Description:

1. Take full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of the brand to ensure efficient and sustainable business operations.
2. Oversee the operations, supply chain, marketing, and financial functions of Shock Burger.
3. Develop annual operational plans, drive brand expansion, and ensure the achievement of company goals.
4. Establish and optimize internal management processes and cultivate a high-performing team.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, including over 3 years in senior management roles.
2. Preference for candidates with experience in Western fast-food chains (e.g., McDonald's, KFC, TASTING).
3. In-depth understanding of operational models, brand management, and market trends in the F&B industry.

- Skills:

1. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong team management and cross-cultural communication abilities.

- Age Requirement: Above 30.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or related fields preferred.
