CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Job Description

1. Work closely with the CEO and executive team to set strategy and execute to achieve profitability and growth.
2. Run the operational cadence of the company, including OKR processes, budgeting, and staff meetings.
3. Scale operations and delivery teams to handle product launches and business development in the Chinese and UK markets.
4. Oversee the product team to define product strategy, roadmap, and processes, ensuring we consistently deliver value to customers by solving actual problems they have.
5. Drive cross-functional collaboration across the company, ensuring all teams work effectively together towards the same goals.
6. Support the sales team by scaling sales operations and aligning sales with the rest of the company.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a senior management role.
2. Deep understanding and expertise in operations and strategy, with a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in product management, delivery, sales, customer success, and operations.
3. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with senior associates based in the China branch.
4. Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
