Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with team to develop and implement plans and objectives to align company’s mission and vision.
• Leading and overseeing day to day operations.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures and protocols.
• Monitoring KPIs and operational metrics.
• Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Fostering a culture teamwork
• Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers and external partners

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related fields.
• Experience in senior leadership role
• Analytical mindset
