Chief Operating Officer

Overview

The primary function of a Chief Operating Officer is to manage the ongoing operations and processes of the group and implement business strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
2. Oversee key business functions, including finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and customer service.
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
4. Manage company budgets, ensuring cost control and financial sustainability.
5. Analyze financial and operational data to identify and implement process improvements.
6. Collaborate with the leadership team (CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO) to develop and implement business strategies.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to drive innovation and growth opportunities.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in a multinational or diversified business.
2. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
4. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
5. Ability to drive operational excellence and business transformation.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
