Chief Operating Officer

Operational Leadership:

• Formulate and execute operational strategies to support the company’s long-term technical and business goals.
• Manage all facets of daily operations, including marketing, brand development, procurement, and finance.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor high-performing technical and operational teams, cultivating a culture centered on innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve performance goals and KPIs.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Work alongside the CEO and executive leadership team to define company strategy and make key operational decisions.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, ensuring smooth implementation across all areas of the organization.
• Oversee risk management and compliance, ensuring the organization meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Supervise the company’s operational budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the CFO to enhance financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within a high-technical or engineering-driven company for more than 10 years.
