Kasagi Labo is acquiring anime IPs and building an AI-powered social platform that connects fans and creators more effectively than traditional methods, automating and enhancing interactions like fan engagement and content creation, and proving so innovative that it’s fostering a global community and redefining anime fandom.

We’ve raised one of the largest seed rounds in SEA totalling US$20M to build out our vision. The team is small because we can’t hire great people as fast as the company is growing.

The Role

The Chief of Staff at Kasagi Labo serves as a vital support to the CEO, helping to shape and execute the company's strategic vision in the fast-growing anime industry. This role is essential for coordinating between different teams, such as engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment with Kasagi Labo's mission. Able to work in-office from Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the CEO in driving strategies to deliver authentic Japanese anime globally and empower creators.
2. Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring collaboration across marketing, production, and licensing.
3. Engage stakeholders and provide market insights to fuel growth.
4. Streamline operations and promote a creator-focused culture.

Compensation

1. Base cash comp starting at S$80,000 - S$150,000
2. Generous equity grant
