Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chief of Staff to support the Executive Office, specifically working closely with the executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of IT tools such as CRM systems, Asana, and other project management software. This role requires excellent communication skills, international experience, and the ability to summarize and transform conversations into actionable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and long-term vision.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and performance management.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executive leadership and various teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives, expectations, and feedback.
  • Documentation and Summarization: Attend all relevant conversations and meetings, summarizing key points and decisions into clear, actionable guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and roadblocks, finding innovative solutions to complex problems that may arise within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Decision Support: Provide strategic advice and support to executive leadership, facilitating well-informed decision-making processes.
  • Confidentiality and Trust: Maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality, participating in sensitive discussions and handling proprietary information with discretion.
  • Collaborative Effort: Work alongside a team of professionals to manage the high flow of information and tasks, ensuring no single point of failure in the execution process.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the IT sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and project management.
  • Proficient in IT tools such as CRM, Asana, and other project management software.
  • Dedicated and detail-oriented, highly adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Languages:

  • Fluent verbal and written English is a must.
  • One more fluent EU language is a must have.
