Drive Growth as a Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Marketing Officer to play a crucial role in driving the growth of our products at Maritime Optima.

As a key member of our fast-growing maritime tech company, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase sales and revenue. You will lead a global marketing team, building units in London, Singapore, and Oslo, and establish leadership and training/guidance within the team.

About Maritime Optima

Founded in 2019, Maritime Optima AS is a privately funded company by several tech entrepreneurs and shipping executives. We were awarded the Copernicus prize and the Microsoft Startup program in 2019-2021 and became part of the Microsoft ISV Success Program in 2023.

We operate from modern offices in Vika Atrium in Oslo but plan to expand our presence to London and Singapore in 2024. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions for the maritime industry through our SaaS products, ShipIntel and ShipAtlas.

Sales and Revenue Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Create and oversee the marketing and advertising budget, planning, and execution.
• Build and manage a global marketing structure with teams in London, Singapore, and Oslo.
• Establish leadership and training/guidance for the marketing team.
