Role Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing transformations, brand management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and analytics to boost online presence and engagement
• Manage brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis
• Manage the marketing budget with strategic allocation of resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media, and other stakeholders, enhancing market positioning and business opportunities
• Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to keep the marketing strategy relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

• Background in digital transformation, product marketing, or growth marketing across multiple industries.
• Experience in highly commercial, sales-driven environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to execute fast, deliver early wins, and set a long-term vision simultaneously.
• Experience leading multi-regional, multi-sector marketing teams at scale.
• Strategic but hands-on when needed—execution speed is crucial.
